In Bangkok surprising we were taken to a so called floating market where in we wasted 3 hours taking a boat ride and fed fishes and came back. James told us that there is no floating market in Bangkok it's available in outskirts or pattaya only. Well when I asked surprising no one bothered telling us which meant we wasted over 3 hours where in we could have chosen something more entertaining. And what do I say about the agents. Divya was again forthcoming too. But I had to follow up till the last date of my travel for the vouchers and driver details. As it could not be followed with the basic setup I asked for. And after sales, well the reason I was holding back for this review was to see if I could have any after sales, but infect its so bad as I asked for a simple invoice 3 weeks ago and still it is on its way from some part of Asia. I will highly not recommend them as you have to be on your toes and it was a big disappointment to see them not being up to date with travel info for visiting countries. Fantasea show. but on the date of travel just as we were headed to the airport I got a Travel Voucher in which the schedules were bungled up and I verbally stated that so long as there is no deviation in the printed and mutually agreed itinerary shared earlier, I am ok with the trip. But certain things didn't go as expected, such as scuba diving. Thankfully, a local tour agent there helped optimize the trip for us. My suggestions would be giving a visual/video idea to a customer of what to expect from an agree itinerary. Otherwise the trip was fine.
